Yes. The Strategy Call (PKR 15,000 for 30 minutes, PKR 25,000 for an hour) is paid in advance. You pay by EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer, upload a screenshot or add the transaction ID when you book, and we confirm your call time on WhatsApp once we verify the payment.

The Strategic Bundle (PKR 175,000 a month) gives you 8 one-hour calls with Moiz over a month, 2 a week, plus recordings. It saves PKR 25,000 against 8 single 1-hour calls (8 × PKR 25,000 = PKR 200,000).

The Growth Bundle (PKR 335,000 a month) gives you 16 one-hour calls, 4 a week, a full funnel audit, a custom 90-day roadmap, async WhatsApp access and templates. It's built for teams in a sprint and saves PKR 65,000 against 16 single 1-hour calls (PKR 400,000).

No. You apply first. We check that Consultation fits your business, then send an invoice. You pay 50% to start and 50% two weeks later, or the full amount before your first session. If it isn't right for you, we'll say so and suggest a single call or the course instead.

Not for a call. You share your screen and stay in control. For audits and done-for-you work, we ask for access only with your approval, and you can remove it at any time.

We plan, build, run and optimise your campaigns. Meta covers Facebook and Instagram. Google covers Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube. The exact scope, reporting and creative responsibilities go in your proposal. As standard: tracking setup, campaign builds, weekly optimisation, a weekly WhatsApp update and a monthly review call on Google Meet. You supply product photos and video; we write the ad copy and edit 6 to 10 creatives a month.

Each quote is custom, based on your goals, channels and ad spend. It starts with a free 15-minute discovery call with Moiz's team, then a free account review, and you see your quote on a walkthrough call with Moiz. It works best for brands already spending on ads every month.

You do, directly to Meta or Google with your own payment method. Our management fee is separate. Ad spend goes to the platforms, so we can't refund it.

You do. We work inside your accounts through partner or manager access. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.

Yes, for the course. If AM Digital Academy isn't for you, email support@askmoiz.digital within 30 days with your order reference for a full refund. This guarantee covers the course (and the SOPs add-on bought with it) only. It doesn't apply to calls, Consultation or managed ads.

They follow their own rules, set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A Strategy Call that has taken place is not refundable. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the course.

Yes. Company invoices with NTN are available on request for every service. Prices exclude any applicable tax.

Form answers go to a private Google Sheet that only Ask Moiz can see. Payment screenshots are stored in a private Google Drive folder. We use them to reply, deliver what you bought and keep accounting records. We don't sell your data. Read the Privacy Policy.
