1. Who is responsible for your data
Ask Moiz Digital (a business of Moiz Khan), trading as Ask Moiz ("we", "us"), is responsible for the personal data described here. We're based in Pakistan.

2. What we collect, form by form

Your browser also keeps some data on your own device. Our forms save your answers as you go so you don't lose them, and if a form hands off to WhatsApp, a copy of your request stays in your browser's local storage. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
We don't collect card numbers. Payments go through EasyPaisa, JazzCash or your bank, and we only see what appears on your payment record or screenshot.
3. Where your form data goes
Website form answers are sent to a private Google Sheet run by Google Apps Script, with one tab per form. Payment screenshots are saved to a private Google Drive folder and linked from the matching row. Only Moiz and authorised Ask Moiz team members can open them. If a form can't reach the sheet, it opens WhatsApp with your answers pre-typed so you can send them yourself.
4. Why we use your data and our legal bases
- To deliver what you asked for (reply to you, verify payments, run calls, enrol you in the course, provide bundles and management). Legal basis: performing a contract with you, or steps you asked for before one.
- To keep records for tax and accounting. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and understand which pages and ads work at a basic level. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads). Legal basis: your consent through the cookie banner.
- Marketing by email or WhatsApp (tips, offers, the newsletter). Legal basis: your consent. The WhatsApp opt-in for handling your request is separate from the marketing opt-in, and both start unticked.
You can withdraw consent at any time. It won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
5. Who processes data for us
We use these providers. Each handles data on our behalf, or as a separate controller under its own policy where noted.

We may also share data with professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) when needed, or with authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and applications that don't lead to a sale: 24 months from our last contact, then deleted.
- Client and student records, invoices, payment records and screenshots: 6 years, or as long as tax law requires.
- Call recordings: 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Course accounts on Thinkific: while your account is active, then as set out in Thinkific's policy.
- Analytics data in Google Analytics 4: 14 months.
- Newsletter and marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.
7. International transfers
Several of our providers (including Google, Meta, Calendly, Thinkific and WebinarKit) store data outside Pakistan, mainly in the United States. Our website host stores data in the European Union (Hostinger's EU data centres). Where the law requires it, these providers use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for data from the UK and EU.
8. Security
We limit access to the Sheet and Drive folder to the people who need it, use two-step verification on our Google account, and use HTTPS on the site. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you and any authority we're required to inform.
We will never ask for your bank PIN, OTP or passwords.
9. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- delete your data, unless we must keep it (for example for tax records);
- stop marketing to you;
- withdraw any consent you've given.
If you're in the UK or the European Union, you also have the right to restrict or object to our processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Email contact@askmoiz.digital with the subject "Privacy request". We'll reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
10. Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tools. Analytics and advertising tags only load if you accept them. See the Cookie Policy for the full list and how to change your choice.
12. Changes
We'll update this policy when our tools or practices change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll put a notice on the site.
